add expose file imported files to tsconfig files

if a.ts import b.ts, and expose a.ts, the dts tsconfig.json files should have b.ts as well.

Take exampe:

exist the mf config:

export default {
  name: 'provider',
  exposes: {
    '.' : './src/a.ts'
  }
}

And a.ts content as follows:

import bar from './b';

export const foo = (options)=> bar(options);

before this pr, tsconfig.json

{
  files: ['a.ts']
}

after this pr, tsconfig.json

{
  files: ['a.ts', 'b.ts']
}
